PAYMENT TERMS

Payments are due according to the terms outlined in the client agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise specified, payments are due within thirty (30) days of invoicing.

LATE PAYMENTS

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as permitted by law. Azarel Partners Group Inc. reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are settled.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Clients may cancel services with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on work completed and expenses incurred. Deposits and completed work are generally non-refundable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, reports, and deliverables provided remain the intellectual property of Azarel Partners Group Inc. until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients are granted a limited license for internal use unless otherwise agreed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Azarel Partners Group Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. All services are provided in good faith and based on available information.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.
